Smooth Ride Engineering - the sole of the shoe is designed to reduce shock and increase flexibility by minimising the acceleration and deceleration of the foot through the phases of the running cycle. This provides a more comfortable and smoother ride.

Parallel Wave - the sole disperses shock and provides cushioning and stability.

VS-1 - provides shock absorption and cushioning to the heel area of the shoe and extends the life of the shoe.

Mizuno Intercool - a full length ventilation system in the sole removes heat and humidity to keep the foot cool and dry.

AP Midsole - lightweight cushioning material located in the midsole provides maximum bounce-back and durability.

X10 - durable carbon rubber provides increased traction at the heel and reduce excessive wear.
