ITEMS THAT YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH
At Direct Sports we offer an extended refund scheme allowing you a total of 30 days refund or exchange for any product that you wish to return within 30 days of you receiving your order. Returned goods must be unused, and supplied with their original, undamaged packaging. Please take care when opening and leave labels attached. For reasons of hygiene underwear items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights, or if packaging is unopened or any seals remain intact. Goods should be returned to the address above in a well packaged box and include a covering note detailing your purchase with the items and your name, address and purchase invoice number. Alternatively you can enclose a copy of your invoice. If you no longer have the purchase invoice number then we will be able to find your record from an approximate date of purchase and your address at the time you bought the item. You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods for exchange or refund, if a replacement or swap such as different size is required we will despatch the replacement goods free of charge (UK only).

Christmas Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Purchases made from Monday 3rd November can be returned up until Friday 23rd January for a refund or exchange.

PRODUCT FAULTS
If you find a fault has occurred with a product please return the item in a well packaged box and including a covering note detailing the fault with the items and your name, address and purchase invoice number. If you no longer have the purchase invoice number then we will be able to find you record from an approximate date of purchase and your address at the time you bought the item.You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods for exchange or refund, if a replacement or swap such as different size is required we will despatch the replacement goods free of charge.

We assess all faults quickly and may return to the manufacturer for detailed inspection if we are unable to reach a definitive conclusion as to the problem. You will be kept informed during this process.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Subject to the provisions of our Refund/Returns Policy outlined above, any customer has the right to cancel their order within 28 days of receiving the order. The order cancelation procedure is identical to the Refund/Returns stated above.

Please use a recorded method of carriage to return the goods to us as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in the post.
